Sunak also emphasized the value of making investments in quantum and AI technologies in order to fully realize their transformational potential. With investments in computing and quantum technologies totaling $1.125 billion and $2.75 billion, respectively, the U.K. government has already made a considerable financial commitment.

The U.K. government would be granted “early or priority” access, but the terms of this access have not yet been made public. How and when this access will be given are still unknown.
